I ordered a NP200 engine mounting online and the item ordered after I called several time I was told it's not there and I can choose to wait or get the refund I then opted for the refund email my account details but no assist the person I have been talking to for the past two days has been going to the boss to facilitate the refund but no response I was just dropped off in the call which I'm the one who called not them calling me, next step hello Peter and #badservice
