Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We aim to evaluate the issue promptly and resolve it to your satisfaction.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Electrical goods: Due to their perishable nature.
  • Custom products: Such as special orders or personalized items.
  • Personal care items.
  • Hazardous materials: Including flammable liquids or gases.
  • Parts correctly supplied.

If you are unsure about the return eligibility of a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

Parts correctly supplied.

We sell automotive parts and always specify the part details during the purchase process. If an incorrect part is chosen by the client, and the correct part is supplied and delivered as per the order, we will not be able to provide a refund. This is because the part was correctly sourced, paid for, and couriered to the client.

In exceptional cases, if an agreement is reached with the manager to accept a return of the correctly supplied part, the manager reserves the right to determine a handling fee. The part must be shipped back to our shop at 600 Soutter Street for inspection. After satisfactory inspection, arrangements will be made to refund the agreed amount.
